Gnomeo & Juliet

This movie looks really funny. I happened upon the commercial for Gnomeo & Juliet a couple of nights ago and then was watching the preview online and it makes me laugh. I'd like to say I would go so far as to venture out to a theater to watch it, but I'm pretty sure that won't occur, since I haven't been to see a movie at a theater since Casino Royale in 2006....and I think before that was probably Elf in 2003 on one of the worst dates I've ever been on (although one of the best Christmas movies ever)....Of course, going to see a movie would require me to actually leave Casa ABBA and well that probably isn't going to happen.....

Catching Up...

I know I have been very remiss in providing updates and since yesterday was National Ditch New Years Resolutions Day, I thought it would be the perfect time to actually start trying to follow my resolutions..... We're still trying to work those into the schedule.

However, I do feel that I need to provide a quick update as to what is going on with me. I started a new job, which the jury is still out on, but I'm not really at liberty to actually discuss my job but it should turn out good, and if not, well we won't go there....

I spent last weekend taking care of the Royal puppies and even partook of Dress Up Your Pet Day. The best part was having three puppies to snuggle with and who gave me their undivided adoration....yeah, I know that most of that was because I fed them, but.... When I left the puppies I went to Walmart and determined that I sooo enjoy the company of dogs than I do of most people...

Sunday, well that was Do Nothing Day and that is EXACTLY what I did.

Oh, and BBC America has been showing The Tudors and I am thouroughly hooked.
