Practicing Mindful Procrastination

Here is the March Procrastination List....
  1. Sit with your task list and breathe deeply.
  2. Take a few of your most difficult tasks and simply let them go.
  3. Visualize yourself completing an important task. Now visualize that task disappearing.
  4. Remain gleefully idle for an entire day.
  5. Channel your guilt from procrastinating into pure joy.
  6. Journal your procrastination activities.
  7. Be conscious that work comes to those who wait.
  8. Think of procrastination as speed bumps designed to slow you down.
  9. The tallest task begins with one long nap.
  10. Meditate on the fine line between your obligations and your options.
Your Procrastination List for the Month... List 10 perfect jobs for a procrastinator. (Make sure at least half of them pay something.)

My mantra was always " when an urge comes upon you to do one of the tasks your supposed to do just find a comfy chair, sit down and wait until the urge passes" :-)
