The Queen followed this yesterday and snapped the picture as a positive sign!! It you can't read it it says "quiltr"...

Queen B said...: it's so rare that
1) the Queen notices a license plate
2) the Queen has time to snap a pic
3) the Queen can decipher the coding of the personalized plate
